Kishu Jha started his career as IS professional in 1995 and garnered his experience in sales, system administration, quality management, and general management working with DHL, the global logistics firm for over nine years. Mr. Jha is well versed in facilitation skills for training events and engages trainees with his sharp observation and facilitation skills. Jha has traveled extensively internationally and has gained experience in leading training workshops and is involved in training designs and structures training with “learning for impact”. This approach enables participants to measure their learning and benchmark visible results Mr. Jha has facilitated more than 400 training programs in Nepal, India, Bhutan, and Laos for various levels and various organizations both national and multinational. He specializes in training employees in Leadership, Striving for excellence, Creativity and Process re-engineering, Teambuilding, Customer care, Sales, Time management, Personality development, and goal setting to name a few. He has successfully delivered programs for Dabur Nepal, Asian Paints, Golcha Organization, Sipradi, Nabil Bank, Bank of Kathmandu, Yeti Airlines, CTL Pharmaceuticals, among others. Mr. Jha holds an MBA degree from Vinayak Missions University, India. He also teaches Human Resource Management at KFA Business school for MBA students. Mr. Jha Currently is heading KFA which is one of the most successful Education, Research, and Consulting organizations in Nepal.

Ms. Hada is Director Academics & Consulting and a Board Member at KFA. She is also one of the Board of Director at Premier Insurance Company Limited representing as Independent Director. She possesses more than 2 decades of experience particularly in the field of business development, marketing and management consulting with an excellent exposure working with various organizations. Her experience in Insurance sector started with ALICO/Metlife in 2003, and later she was Chief Business Officer of Prime Life Insurance Company for almost more than 5 years. She has a brief experience working for United Nations in Nepal and Director Sales & Marketing at Radisson Hotel prior to joining KFA for her entrepreneurial journey. Her areas of expertise lie in developing new areas of businesses, promulgates new ideas & strategies to enhance business opportunities and along with possessing good communication and interpersonal skills. She completed her schooling from Dr. Graham’s School, Kampong and a graduate from Symbiosis College and holds Master’s degree from Pune University. She also holds a diploma in Leadership from IIM, Ahemadabad. She is also a LOMA certified insurance professional.
